Don't forget a link to create recurring profiles.

The mouse over link is the best solution. The page will be clean and you can still link right to client information.

We received some more feedback on this change. One of our clients suggested adding links to create invoices and tickets from your client information page. Great idea! This change will allow you to create an invoices or tickets a lot faster from other areas of 2ndSite.

"That sounds like a great new feature Daniel. Looking forward to the upgrade.

Here is another feature request. I would like to see the option to send automatic followup emails to clients that I have helped resolve a technical issue. In other words, once the support ticket has been closed, a followup email a few days later would be nice asking the client if they were happy with the work and if not, please contact me via 2ndSite.

Thanks

Wes"
