I've played around with the new features, and I they all make sense and they all work fine for me. I especially like: * Ability to edit support tickets after they are posted * Automatic "thank you's" for payments * Editing of tabs * Last but not least, new color schemes Looking forward to the "go live" of the new ground mail feature.
