Jeannie: Good news - you don&#039;t need to subscribe each time - the list is permenant.  Infact, if you try to subscribe with the same email address more than once, you should get a message informing you that you have already signed up.</description>

		<description>You guys are doing a good job of balancing the number of emails sent. We have the same concerns when we do mailings for FeedCraft. If you send out too many emails, you worry that the users will get annoyed and unsubscribe. Then they&#039;ll miss out on the truly important information.

The way you handled the teleseminars is appropriate. The entire schedule is displayed on the website and then we get an email before each one. I think it works great because you specifically mentioned this would be the email frequency up front. That is the key - setting appropriate expectations.

I find it tedious to have to subscribe every time, wonder if I already did it this time, etc etc. If subscriptions were permanent, we could always unsubscribe or use our handy &#039;delete&#039; button.</description>
