Hi Plungerman,

Sorry about that, for some reason the post was set to private over night (Mike explained it in his latest post), but the link should work now. Our bad.

Thank you for all your comments. The integration is now available in your FreshBooks account. You can read about it here: http://www.freshbooks.com/blog/2007/03/01/introducing-basecamp-with-your-freshbooks/

Tobias, CRM is definitely a consideration, thanks for the tip.

37Signals.com will release a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform called Highrise "very soon" too...

http://tinyurl.com/2pyusz

Hmm. Wouldn't Freshbooks invoicing integrate more closely with CRM than a project management application like Basecamp?

Basecamp has no Timer application. So, it will be interesting to see this integration.

Very good developement!

We are currently using our own project management tool, but looking forward to give BaseCamp a try!

Fantastic idea!

Sounds great!

Question: Will there be a built in way to make sure those of us who already have mirrors of projects/clients/staff profiles in both FB and Basecamp won't be duplicated?

I really can't wait for this to go live!

We're thrilled for this integration, and it's a big part of why we signed up for FB in the first place. Glad it's coming along.

Now, if you could only find a way to notify us when somebody pays their invoice... like immediate emails sent out...

Sounds great!

We are one of those "heavy users" of Basecamp with 100+ projects, AND we use freshbooks.

If you need someone to hammer on it hard to test under load, send an email ;)
