I actually completely missed this feature all this time because I'm 'staff' as a result of no multiple-admin capability.. :(

I just don't see it unless I log in as admin.

Handly little benchmark tool though - would love to see a side by side comparison ability, and a yearly view as well as quarter view.

Keep up the great work!

Whoah, what's with all the complaints? Freshbooks is working as good as ever, and getting better each month. If you don't use a new feature, big deal, ignore it, and enjoy the ones you do use.

I'm with BizDoc, I think its a neat side motivation.

Paul - Thanks! And it would be cool to view other industries - there are lots of things we can do and I hoping we'll get to it.

Biz Doc - Thanks so much! I love hearing that feedback!! Let us know if we can ever do it better!

I LOVE FRESHBOOKS! I have been in business for over 10 years and have never had a tool as simple and functional as FreshBooks.com. Quickbooks is way too complex unless you get specialized training.

Freshbooks has allowed me to move to another country and still maintain my clients and the ability to invoice and track my progress 24/7.

I love all the reports and have found them to be a motivating factor in business. The ability to track your business health as compared to your industry, WOW! Thank you and keep doing what you are doing.

You guys are going a great job!

Got through my first quarter! Pretty interesting to see the results in Report Card. But I would be very interested in being able to scan the various industries also see where I am at in comparison to others in same industry. I see a possible opportunity here with allowing users to communicate with others of same industry, (with permissions of course) to share insights, collaboration, etc.
If Freshbooks was soup, it would be "Push your face in it Good!"

Though I just now sent my first invoice from here, so far my assessment of this website and your service fills me with an almost giddy delight...

As far as I can tell, you're hitting all the right notes, and it only makes sense that it's a work in progress. Being able to input more than one profession would be a help to me also. And to have the ability to send invoices to more than one email address.

I look forward to growing my client base enough that I'm "forced" to purchase your broader services asap. After losing my job (designing exhibits for 15 years) to the market downturn, I expect this website to really strengthen my position as a freelancer, and I can't help but find this site very inspiring in many ways.

Thank you,

I'd be interested in seeing the data year over year and graphs that compare performance over time instead of one off quarters. I realize that you can go back and see previous quarter but trends aren't tabulated-- more interested in that as a barometer than others in our category.

I have to say, that I find this feature an absolute gem! I can see this being expanded in so many ways.

I'd like to see it move from it's rather hidden bottom of the page area to maybe reports. It would be good to see where my peers are coming from? Is it in UK (where I'm from), and how many people am I benchmarked against?

I'm a new business so have a bit of catching up to do billing-wise, and I know this because of this feature, so thanks!
