Thanks for the welcome. Basically, I'm reaching out to our amazing customers to see what FreshBooks can do to make their lives just that much better. The first thing I'm doing is just getting to know our customers, and learn from them what they love and hate about FreshBooks so we can make the service better. Once I know our customers better, the second thing I am doing is helping our customers with their daily small business trials, tribulations, and triumphs. The reason why I joined FreshBooks is that their mission is all about helping people pursue their dreams by getting all the agony of operating a business out of their way. Seeing people achieve their dream jobs is an awesome reward. I know that's a bit trite, but it's still powerful enough to keep me motivated.
