I still use it today. The only upgrades we have made is some employees like the two ear Plantronics H261N-UNC SupraPlus. Some things to consider when purchasing noise cancelling headsets:
- The increased cost

For the record, my comment was in jest and I take ergonomics very seriously and do not want to undermine the discomfort that can arise when you work at a desk. Desk height, charis, headsets, keyboard trays and working hard on your posture are all really important considerations when you drive a desk. Don't skimp on your reseach or your spending in getting your workstation set up.
