Outstanding post and I wholeheartedly agree.

I had been exhausting all avenues in my search for a billing system to meet our needs as a telecommunications company and had been inundated with offers by many developers such as alpha five but nothing seemed to meet our needs.

Frustrated, I decided to give up and stop all the time-consuming research and find something much more useful and productive to do instead - watching paint dry came to mind! The next day heralded a lovely sunny morning and I arrived at my desk with a fresh and clear mind, full of vim and vigour. Deciding to give it another go, I resumed my search and searched for 'new billing system' and the results came out 'Freshbooks"!

Nervous from my previous hideous experiences, I was expecting the worse ('Freshcrap' or 'FreeStuff') but the sunny morning had put me in a good mood and I decided to give it a whirl and read on. Interested, I then spoke to Daniel. ...and fell in love with the service. Daniel gave me an insight into the excellent Freshbooks attitude towards customer service with great telephone manners and email support. Not forgetting Daniel's wiliness to design a custom website to meet the specific needs of my company (special login page and company logos).

Since that day, I have been successful in my desire for our Customers to view their telephone bills at the click of button and make simple and straightforward online payments. Freshbooks makes us look good and gives our business that professional accounting touch. It's really a wonderful thing happening to us and I am so proud to be a Fresh thinker and a Freshbooks user! I never need to wade through adverts and Developer details for a billing system again because for us, Freshbooks has the answer!

Very cool Josh! And you know what, you and you're clients are also paperless. Another bonus for using FreshBooks.
