I&#039;ve thought about VOIP for sure -- especially since I&#039;ve got some history in the industry -- but since we already own a working key system, it&#039;s difficult to justify the expense of replacing it and the fifteen desk sets connected to it.

(And we&#039;re more dependent on the phone than your typical Web company. Phone support is really important to us and our users, so we&#039;ll probably continue to be a bit conservative on the phone side of things.)</description>

		<description>Time to switch to a VoIP provider. You scale quickly as you grow and when you move to a bigger office (and I know you will), you just plugin the IP phones and take them with you.</description>
