New login page is exactly what I would have wanted for the custom page - it's like you guys can read my mind...Now if only we Linux users had a widget for time tracking too...I'm sure it will be soon! :) Many thanks for all of your help - invoicing used to be the worst part of freelancing - it is no longer.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the upgrade. The branded login is nice and smart looking.
I hate to be ask but I did mention a while ago with a few other users. We have a need for clients to be able to pay a deposit on their account before we generate an invoice at the month end. We have generated an invoice and requested the deposit but it it not the way to do it.

I am very pleased with FreshBooks and my clients love their own login pages. It is definitely helping "brand" my image ;-)

In the time tracking where the notes are available, I always enter in notes for a specific task and I DO want my clients to see that. That is considered their daily report. Unless I create a draft invoice or print out the page, they cannot see it. I hope that in the Near future that You Rockin' FreshBookers will enhance this a bit more...

Since my company is growing, it is reassuring to know that FB is growing and developing new ways to save us time and money.

You all are the best!

I am really impressed by how far Freshbooks has come in such a short space of time. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asked.

Keep up the good work

To add to Dean's comment...

I don't think I'd still be doing independent consulting if it wasn't for freshbooks.

Just the auto-email on late invoice pays for itself.

Thanks again for a great product.

Whilst I can (and do) use my iPhone to add invoice entries i I would love to see an iPhone formatted alternative site to make it a little easier......

Please don't think me churlish to imply that I find fault -what's not to love about FreshBooks.

I hated invoicing and it would take me ages now I do it whilst still at the client.....

Thanks

Great work FB! I love how you keep your product feature smart and simple to use.

Also, for other freshbookers with mobile phones that run Microsoft Windows Mobile operating system such as the Moto Q, Samsung Blackjack, Treo wx, HTC models, etc.

I released a small, free application for your Windows Smartphone (and Pocket PC). It is similar to the invoicesync, but works on the go. It also has a timer that support a rounding up to the next billing increment; and the ability to view raw data of the last 50 clients, invoices, payments, time entries from your mobile phone.

My next FreshMobile feature will be a way to enter payments on the go (I always forget, and they get emails for late payment)...and as soon as they support it via , adding an expense on the go.

I'd be interested in hearing feedback and feature suggestions.

You can download from blog here:
http://www.gilham.org/Blog/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?ID=214

In the future it would be cool if API supported non-billable expense (i.e. lunch, mileage) tied to a client for profit tracking and taxes...especially from a mobile phone with GPS support (i.e. commute/mileage tracker)
