Some perspectives from people outside your normal team can be eye-opening. When you and your team have been working well together for a long time, you almost take it for granted that you have such an effective team. We had find it helpful to get a relationship & business coach in to examine the dynamics of the working relationship between my business partner and I just to get a perspective from someone completely outside of the company.
