I have had some pretty amazing experiences getting feedback from other people about how my business partner and I work together. Some perspectives from people outside your normal team can be eye-opening. When you and your team have been working well together for a long time, you almost take it for granted that you have such an effective team. We had find it helpful to get a relationship & business coach in to examine the dynamics of the working relationship between my business partner and I just to get a perspective from someone completely outside of the company. If you try this, you might be surprisingly surprised at the kind of feedback you get as well as the examining and improving anything that hasn't been examined before :)
