I am still looking for that expense report solution. Shoeboxed is part of it: scanning reciepts. Freshbooks does invoicing nicely. Just missing that middle glue that joins the receipt images into an expense report and creates one line item in Freshbooks for travel expense. The client should be able to view the expense report along with attached receipts.

I tried to use your invoices, however there is not a ship to address on your invoices, we have one company with many different retail stores that we have to deliver to, so I need an invoice that allows the billing address and shipping to be entered in on each invoice, because we ship to the different stores daily, so need the capiability to enter the ship to address. I would appreciate any assistance I can get regarding the invoices. I tried to use them and had to make corrections to several different invoices and although I made the corrections, the invoice would not print out with the new changes, which made things a little odd and hard to deal with at the same time. Thank you for your assistance and look forward in getting this resolved as soon as possible. =

This is a really great idea. I will support this project because I hate the receipts in my wallet. I will contact them yet!
