Due to your partnership with BatchBooks (I am a great fan of Freshbooks), I took a long hard look at their application as I am shopping for a CRM.

Features match.

But the look and feel just doesn't match Freshbooks standards.

I couldn't imagine spending hours of my day working in that unattractive an interface. It would be great to see you expand your network of CRM and email applications with which you can sync.

I am particularly interested in Highrise and JavelinCRM on the CRM side. On the email side, it's harder. A combined solution I am looking at is Relenta.
