We are definitely focusing more and more on individual time and productivity management. As part of the new Slife Web release, we've changed Slife Teams to be more oriented towards communications than activity analytics even. There's a lot of demand for employee monitoring tools, as we've found out. But at the end of the day we don't want to be in that business. There are lots of opportunities in terms of empowering individuals that we would like to explore. I feel that we are just getting started. RescueTime recently shifted their focus to employee/team monitoring vs. self-monitoring. I'm curious where this change of direction will take the product. Slife seems to be going the other direction.
