Great tool guys, really looking forward to seeing how this evolves. Little buggy at the moment (keeps repeating that clients have paid me) but otherwise we’re loving it.

When is the FireFox plugin arriving?

Have you guys ever thought about adding a checkbox in the Misc Tab under Invoices & Estimates that would say something like:

Email me when a client pays an invoice

Then send an email saying something like,
“Fred Flinstone has just paid your invoice in the amount of $626.75 – Way to go Idaho”

Actually surprised that you guys have not implemented something like this yet. Just a thought.

Hi Brandon – thanks for letting us know – we’re looking into it.

Hi Greg – thanks for the thought and both a Firefox and email notification are good ideas. I’ll personally pass them on to our product team and if we implement either, we’ll post them on the blog.

Hi Brandon – the bug should now be fixed. Let us know if you find anything else!

    Hi Greg,

Just an FYI, you can now (as of today) turn on emails that notify you when:
    A payment is received
A late payment reminder is sent
An invoice is sent by email or snail mail

You can turn them on in Settings on your Email page. Let me know what you think!

That seemed to do the trick – thanks!

Does this provide Notifications only? (Plus I do all final invoicing through QB due to our biz model) For my use, not worth installing yet another Chrome extension for. (I’ve got 5 others that I do use regularly)

What about a timecard/timesheet integration? That’s what we need instant access to on a near continuous basis. Still haven’t seen a plug-in, app or widget that fits the bill – a Chrome extension would be perfect!

    Keep up the great work!

What happened? The extension disappeared from Chrome and I cannot find it in the Chrome Store anymore!!!
