Kicking off our Fresh Ideas video series is an interview with award-winning New York Times business reporter Charles Duhigg. We were thrilled to get a chance to catch up with him given that he’s in the spotlight these days since publishing his new book The Power of Habit: Why we do what we do in life and business (Random House 2012). He’s become an expert on how to understand the process of habit change and and how to be more productive (and happy) in work and life. We’ve become neurology nerds ever since learning which habits are crucial to success.
