QA Analyst

FreshBooks is looking for a solid QA Analyst who can come in here and help expand our testing regimen, ensuring that every inch of the application is covered in the most demanding test suites known to man, woman or beast, while not sacrificing one inch of the responsiveness that we're famous for. You will:

Passionately test and review our development, tirelessly seek to improve our development processes and provide brutally honest feedback on our work while at the same time creating a positive and solution-oriented atmosphere.

We need you to have:

• 3-5 years experience testing web applications
• Brilliant communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt to high-speed environments and work with minimal supervision
• A focus on the final user experience
• A passion for crafting detailed, careful bug reports that make developers weep with joy

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• A love of process improvement
