If that’s you we’d love you to join us as a Senior Marketing Coordinator.

You'll be responsible for:

Guiding and helping educate accountants and bookkeepers on the best ways to work with FreshBooks
Being the liason for accountants to properly support and engage their Clients, as they make the joyous journey of using FreshBooks
Creating and deploying marketing collateral to support a larger team
Coordinating multiple streams of outreach to our accountant community
Managing relationships with accountants, their firms and their Clients to ensure they get a great experience onboarding and working with FreshBooks
Proactively tracking and connecting FreshBooks customers to our fun accounting community

You'll have:

1 – 3 years’ experience in a team marketing environment
Great verbal and written communication skills individually and to a group
Success in working with influencers and partners in creating opportunities for success
Strong skills working with a team and adapting on the fly

It would be great if you also have:

Experience working with accountants, bookkeepers or other financial professionals in North America (if you are an accountant or bookkeeper –even better)
A great understanding of SaaS software
A creative flair that loves to come out in a group environment
Ability to travel on occasion to support the accounting team at live events across North America
