Being here for our users is what defines us here at FreshBooks. We’re always happy to answer the phone, and we actively encourage our users to contact us with their questions or concerns, or even when they just want to chat!
We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly individual to learn our product inside-out, to work with the team in our Toronto office as the first line of support for our users.
Respond to support tickets and be active on our forums, follow through with our users on everything they bring to you, and keep the rest of the team well-informed on their needs and desires. Track down and root out the source of any issues that come up, too, using your finely-honed analytic techniques.
