To understand a Custom Login Page you must be aware of one thing first: when you sign up for FreshBooks, a dedicated login page is created for your account. This page is exclusive to your business and only you, your staff and your clients can use this page to securely log into your FreshBooks account.
When you subscribe to FreshBooks a generic login page is automatically generated by the FreshBooks service that includes your organization name at the top. If requested by you however, the FreshBooks team can redesign your login page to look exactly like your website!
When logged in as Administrator, simply click the "Upgrade" link from the "Home" tab. Then click on the Custom Login Page button at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, from the "Home" tab click on "Account Info" then click on the "Order Custom Login" button.
Your Custom Login Page can not entirely be a Flash movie, but the webpage may contain Flash elements. In addition, your Custom Login Page may not contain dynamic (changing) database driven content.
Because your Custom Login Page resides on our secure servers, updates to your Custom Login Page can only be made by the FreshBooks team. Minor text changes can be made without a fee but major design overhauls must be ordered through the "Order Custom Login Page" form within your FreshBooks account. This will result in a $279 USD fee.
If you value the consistency of your web presence and wish to sustain total confidence with your users' online experience, you should choose to have a Custom Login Page for your FreshBooks account.
