Changing User Information

To change a user's information:

  1. Click your "Users" tab.
  2. If your user is a client, click your white "List of clients" link or if your user is staff, click your "List of staff" link both located near the top of your page.
  3. Click your blue "edit" link for the appropriate user on the right.
  4. Edit the information fields as needed.
  5. Click the Save button or the "Send an Invitation to Login" link at the top of the page.

Additional Information

Important: Note that if you have changed their login information (username and/or password) and you choose not to send it to them; they will not be able to login with their old information until you notify them with their new login. To send your client their login information, click your blue "Send Login Information" link.
