Deleting Users

To delete a user:

  1. Click your "Users" tab.
  2. If your user is a client, click your white "List of clients" link or if your user is staff, click your "List of staff" link both located near the top of your page.
  3. Click your check box next to your user.
  4. Click your white DELETE button just above your list of users.

To view your users that has been deleted:

  1. Click your "Users" tab.
  2. If your user is a client, click your white "List of clients" link or if your user is staff, click your "List of staff" link both located near the top of your page.
  3. Click your "Deleted Client" or "Deleted Staff" link below your list of deleted clients/staff.

To un-delete a delete a user:

  1. Go to your list of deleted users (see above).
  2. Click your check box next to your user.
  3. Click your white UN-DELETE button just above your list of users.
