Account Name

Your FreshBooks Account Name is the name that appears in the upper left hand corner of your unique login page.  It is also used in the web address for your login page.

It is normally the name of your company, but there are a few limitations:

• the name can only contain letters and number, no special characters are allowed
• all spaces in the name will be taken out for the web address
• the name cannot be changed
• the name is case sensitive
• duplicate names are not allowed

Examples:

• Google may want to make their account name: Google; this would make their login page: https://Google.freshbooks.com
• Yahoo! would have to use Yahoo as their account name, losing the exclamation mark since it is not allowed, their login page would be: https://Yahoo.freshbooks.com
