New Contacts

To add additional client contacts:

  1. Click your "Users" tab.
  2. To add contacts to an existing client, click your blue "edit" link located to the right of the client in question. To add contacts to a new client, click your white "New client" link located at the top of your page.
  3. Click your blue "Add Another Contact" link located just below your client's information.
  4. Enter the new contact's information.
  5. Click your Save button at the bottom of your page when you are done.

Additional Information

Additional Contacts: Additional Contacts enable you to send invoices, support tickets, or emails to more than one person at an organization.

Notifying Contacts: If you want to notify any of your client's contacts, click the blue "Send an Invitation to Login" link above their details.

Deleting Contacts: If you want to delete your client's contacts, click on the blue "Delete" link above their details.
