One Time Setup

The first time you login in to your FreshBooks system you are directed through a simple one-time setup. This is a simple procedure that should take you under two minutes to complete.

To complete this setup:

1. Set your time zone.
2. Enter a username for yourself.
3. Enter a password for yourself - we recommend using a combination of letter characters and numbers and storing it in a safe place.
4. Enter the details of your company that will appear on all of your invoices and in your system home page.
5. Choose your system type.
6. Enter the verification code into the input box.
7. Read the terms of service carefully and click your Get Started! button.
