Your Profile
Once you have logged in to your system, one of the first items we recommend you complete is your personal and company profile.
The company profile is part of your system settings and can be updated by clicking your white "Settings" link on the top right. For more information on the company profile, see the Company Profile section.
Your personal profile is accessed by clicking your blue "Profile" link at the top right of your page. This is all the contact information relating to you the user. All users, including staff and clients have their own personal profile.
Explanations on the personal profile fields are as follows:
- First and last name - this is your name that will show up on all correspondence with support
- Email - this email address will show up on any invoices created by you
- Billing rate - the billing rate for all time logged by you on a project when transferred to an invoice
- Username - your username for logging in to your system; this can be changed by you at any time
- Password - your password for logging in to your system, this can also be changed by you at any time and is encrypted, so it cannot be recovered by our support. Not to worry, if you forget it, simply click your blue "Forgot your password" link located just below your Submit button from the login page and a new one will be emailed to you.
