New Client

To create a new client:

  1. Click your "Users" tab.
  2. Click your "New client" link near the top of your page.
  3. Enter the name of the organization that this client belongs to, their first and last name, and their email address.
  4. Once you are done, click either the Save button or the blue "Send an Invitation to Login" link.

Additional Information

Note: Each of your client accounts may have the same email address, but they may not share the same username.

Important: If you click your Save button, the client will not be sent any information.  For information on how to send a client their login information, see the Changing User Information section.  The client's login name will be their email address by default and a password will be randomly generated for them when you send their login information.

As of version 3.3, the Organization field is no longer a required field.  If you leave this field empty, it will automatically be populated with your client's first and last names.  Your client drop-down menus throughout your system and on your invoices will only reference the client name.

Other Information: You may enter any other information about the client such as their address, phone numbers, or any notes about this client.
