New Staff

To create a new staff member:

  1. Click your "Users" tab.
  2. Click your white "New staff" link located near the top of your page.
  3. Enter the first and last name and the email address of the new user.
  4. Click either your Save button or Save and Send Login Information button.

Additional Information

Important: If you click your Save button, the client will not be sent any information.  For information on how to send a user their login information, see the Changing User Information section.  The staff's login name will be their email address by default and a password will be randomly generated for them when you send their login information.

Other Information: You may enter any other information about the staff such as their billing rate, address, phone numbers, or any notes about this staff member. To assign projects to this staff member, click the appropriate checkboxes below the "Projects Assigned To" header.
