Sending Emails

To email a user:

  1. Click your "Users" tab.
  2. If your user is a client, click on your "List of clients" link or if your user is staff, click on your "List of staff" link both located near the top of your page.
  3. Click the check box(es) next to the user(s) you want to receive the email.
  4. Click your white SEND button located just above your list of users.
  5. Enter a subject for your email and the body of your message.
  6. Click the Send button.

    Additional Information

    Optional: If you want a link to be included at the bottom of the email directing the user to your login page, select the check box just above the Send button. To review a list of sent emails, see the Sent Emails section.

    Old Emails: Please note that all sent emails older than 150 days will be automatically deleted.
