FreshBooks news and new features.

FreshBooks is pleased to announce the upcoming release of
Version 3.7. You may experience a short window of downtime
between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM EST on Tuesday, January 30, 2007.

VERSION 3.7 NEW FEATURES
=======================================================

Version 3.7 will allow you to:

>> LOG YOUR TIME WITH EASE
Your timesheets tab has been completely overhauled with a host
of new features and functionality. Logging your time will be
easier and faster since it no longer requires reloading. There
are now four ways to log your time: daily, weekly, monthly and
a start/stop timer popup that automatically times how long you
spend on tasks.

>> SHOW PROJECTS TO CLIENTS
Project summary information can now be viewed by a client if you
choose to grant them access. If enabled, the client will get a
list of projects, and a project summary page that shows all the
tasks, hours logged and a calendar of when the hours were
logged. This will improve your client relationship and save you
time.

>> INVOICE MULTIPLE PROJECTS
One or many projects can now be invoiced just by clicking the
INVOICE button from the list of invoices page.

>> BETTER MANAGE STAFF TIMESHEETS
The improved staff timesheet screen is better suited towards
managing teams. You can filter, view, manage, and edit your
staff's timesheets from one screen.

FRESHBOOKS CUSTOMER SURVEY RESULTS
=======================================================

In December, we asked you to complete a survey about how you
use FreshBooks to manage your business. Thank you to those that
completed the survey.

Here is what you told us about FreshBooks:

BUILD YOUR BUSINESS TELESEMINAR PODCASTS

In case you missed the FreshBooks teleseminars that were
completed over the last few months aimed at helping you
build your business, you can listen to the podcasts or read
notes from each call. A recent blog post by Daniel references
the five most popular calls.

NEW PRICING PACKAGES
=======================================================

With the release of Version 3.7 next week, FreshBooks will be
adding two new packages. The new packages will be valuable to
larger organizations or teams who want to use FreshBooks to
manage 10 or more people. As always, if you are currently a
paying client, your account will not be affected by the changes.

SUMMARY
=======================================================

FreshBooks is scheduled to be upgraded next Tuesday,
January 30, 2007 between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM EST. You may
experience intermittent downtime during this time period.

Once released, complete details concerning new features and
changes with Version 3.7, will be available when you click on
the blue 3.7 link at the bottom of your FreshBooks account.
