Please read this email carefully. It contains important
information about upcoming FreshBooks news and new features.

FreshBooks is pleased to announce the upcoming release of
Version 3.9 with Estimates. You may experience a short
window of downtime between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM ED T this
Thursday May 31, 2007.

VERSION 3.9 NEW FEATURES
=======================================================

Version 3.9 will allow you to:

>> CREATE, SEND AND MANAGE ESTIMATES
You can now create an estimate or quote inside FreshBooks, send
it to your client, manage any change requests and convert it to
an invoice.

>> BETTER MANAGE YOUR STAFF AND CLIENTS
A separate staff and clients tab now makes it easier to create
and manage your staff and clients.

>> SELECT A DATE FASTER
If you have ever been slowed down by our pop-up calendar when
selecting a date, you will be happy to try the new calendar
added to a number of FreshBooks screens. It is meant to save
you some time and reduce distractions caused by pop-ups.

>> SET YOUR PREFERENCES WITH EASE
The settings and preferences area has been re-designed to
improve the understanding of your account. Also note that the
direct link preference for support tickets is no longer
available. All new invoices, estimates and support tickets will
use the same preference.

THE ADDITION OF SUNIR
=======================================================

Earlier this month, FreshBooks hired Sunir Shah to head up our
marketing and community development. We have actually known
Sunir for a few years and we are happy to bring him on board.
Like Daniel and Ben before him, Sunir is a graduate of the
University of Toronto.

Sunir is looking forward to getting to know as many of our
customers as he can. To help him with this, please send him a

upcoming FreshBooks features and helpful information.

FRESHBOOKS USER GROUP ON FACEBOOK

Just last night a FreshBooks user group was started on Facebook.
If you are a Facebook user, join the group to network with
other FreshBooks users.

SUMMARY

FreshBooks is scheduled to be upgraded this Thursday,
May 31, 2007 between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM EDT. You may
experience intermittent downtime during this time period.

Once released, complete details concerning new features and
changes with Version 3.9 will be available when you click on
the blue 3.9 link at the bottom of your FreshBooks system.
