The second edition of your industry benchmarking report cards
is now available. You can view statistics from the second
quarter of this calendar year from a link in your footer of your
FreshBooks account. For those of you that are new to report
cards, they are useful statistics on your business as well as a
comparison to aggregated data gathered from other FreshBooks

We are happy to report that the FreshBooks user base is growing.
To continue providing the phone and email support you are used
to we are growing our team. The most recent addition is Aaron
Adams. Aaron has already made a significant impact on our team
with his positive attitude and creative ideas. He has a history
with building communities from his past work with the phpBB
development team and he has already shown how much he enjoys

The new version of the FreshBooks API is getting some good use
from a lot of our users who are also developers. You can read

We know our customers are always on the look out for other web
services that can help them in their business. We recently did a
couple product reviews:
Gliffy, a wonderful collaborative drawing application. Think Visio,
but online. Great for software developers, architects, and engineers!
Carbonite, one of the leaders in online file backups. We
discussed our experience, as well as other solutions.

Did you know that FreshBooks has a referral program? If you tell
your friends or colleagues about FreshBooks and they become a
paying user, you will earn 25% of their monthly fees for a year.
