Any data submitted to FreshBooks subscribers' system is wholly-owned by subscribers and their users and protected by the same safeguards that permit the secure transmission of credit card information outlined above. FreshBooks does not condone or tolerate spam. FreshBooks only sends email to FreshBooks system administrators to announce new updates or replies as requested to FreshBooks users in efforts to provide technical support.
Only you control who has access to your FreshBooks account. You have the power to decide what privileges each user may have.
The FreshBooks software requires that you enable cookies. We do this because it is the most secure means to permit login access to your version of FreshBooks.
