Early today FreshBooks experienced slowness that affected many of you for approximately an hour. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Around 9:40 AM Eastern time (2:40 PM GMT) we started observing drastically slower query performance. We resolved the problem at 11:21 AM Eastern (4:21 GMT) and FreshBooks returned to normal.
