Friday March 23rd – Support lines closed at 4 PM EDT for a very special reason

FreshBooks will be closing our support lines at 4PM EDT on Friday, March 23rd, 2012. We won’t be answering the phones or responding to support email until 9AM EDT Monday, March 26th. We apologize for the inconvenience but we promise to get back to you as soon as we can!

It’s a big moment in FreshBooks history. We’ve come a long way since the early days working in Mike’s basement: with our growing team, we’re now eclipsing 100 employees and are taking the weekend to move into our new office. Located near beautiful High Park in west-end Toronto, our new home is in a converted uniform factory with plenty of room and oodles of character in a great ‘hood. More pictures to come!

Now this is the part where we get all sentimental (you knew it was coming), we really and truly wouldn’t be where we are today without the amazing people using FreshBooks. All 4.5 million of you!
