Can I send invoices and estimates in other languages through the mobile app?

Yes, you can! Although the interface of the mobile app is only in English, your client can receive invoices in other languages if you have set their default language up on the web app. Currently, this is not something you can do on the mobile app.

When you are creating or editing a client on the web app, just follow these steps to set the client’s default language.

Once the client is saved with a different language, your client will see the invoice/estimate in that language once they click on the link they receive via email or the copy they get via snail mail. If you want to see the invoice in its intended language on your iDevice, just follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the Invoice/Estimate that you want to see

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on the green “View PDF” button

  3. You should see a copy of the invoice/estimate in the language that was saved for that client.


You can change the default currency of the client on the phone if they want to be billed in a different currency. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on Client button on the main page of the app and then select the client you want to change the currency for.

  2. Tap on Edit on the upper right of the screen and you can edit the client. The currency field is at the bottom of the page.

  3. Tap on the Currency field and select the new default currency for this client.

  4. Click the green “Save” button on the upper right of the page to save the changes.


Now you can send invoices and estimates to people around the world straight from your mobile device!
