How do I change the primary contact?
Inside a Client’s profile, the first contact fields are always for the primary contact. To change the primary contact, you will need to put their information inside the first set of fields.
Head over to the People tab and click on edit next to the Client you wish to modify.
Here’s an example of a current primary contact:
After moving the old contact to the next fields below, you can then add a new primary contact:
Any additional contacts (secondary) would be added in the fields below the primary one. See this article if you need to add multiple contacts.
