How do I customize the emails sent by FreshBooks?
Whenever you send an Invoice or Estimate by email, FreshBooks sends it for you on your behalf, which are composed with our default templates. You have the option of customizing these emails so that they are consistent with the branding and messaging of your business.
To edit your email templates, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings (top corner)
- Click on the Emails sub-tab
- In the Emails section, you can click edit next to each type to modify the template
- Click Save after you’ve updated it and you’re done.
These are the type of emails you can customize:
- New Invoice
- Payment notifications
- Late payment reminders
- Recurring Invoice
- New Estimate
- New Credit
- New Client
- New Staff
- New support ticket
- Update support ticket
