How do I refresh or sync on the mobile app?

While working on your mobile app, you may find that the latest information isn’t displaying, or that data isn’t being synced to your account online. If this is the case, you can easily force a refresh or sync with these steps:


iOS Devices

  1. Go to any section on the app where you’re looking at a list (e.g., Invoices, Estimates, Time Tracking, etc)
  2. Press on the screen, and while holding the pressure, pull down on the list until you see Pull to Refresh appear
  3. “Pull
  4. Only let go once you see Release to Refresh
  5. “Release
  6. This forces a sync in your entire account, which you’ll see by the Loading notification. When it’s done, all data will be up to date across all sections of the app.
  7. “Loading


Android Devices

  1. Go to any section on the app where you’re looking at a list (e.g., Invoices, Estimates, Time Tracking, etc)
  2. Tap on the icon that has two arrows in a circle to force a refresh
  3. “Refresh
  4. This forces a sync in your entire account across all sections of the app.
