Why are my Client’s details not showing updated info?

If you’ve updated your Client’s profile with new details (such as a new address or new Organization Name), it will not update on your Invoices, Estimates, or Recurring Profiles. This is expected behaviour so that you update information when you choose to do so.

To get it to update, you just need to refresh the information on the Invoice/Estimate/Recurring Profile with these steps:

  1. Go to the Invoices/Estimates tab (for Recurring Profiles, click on the Recurring sub-tab inside Invoices)
  2. Click edit next to the Invoice/Estimate
  3. Inside the Client dropdown, select a different one
  4. Then re-select your original client. This will update the Invoice/Estimate/Recurring Profile with the most recent information on it
  5. Don’t forget to Save or send the invoice after you’re done.
