Why is my Terms box empty when making an invoice in the mobile app?

So you have your default terms set for invoices and estimates in your FreshBooks account. But when you go to create an invoice through the mobile app and click the Terms box, it’s empty. What gives?

If you want to just keep the same default terms as the invoices and estimates you create on the computer, leave the Terms box blank while making it. The invoice/estimate will actually pull in the default terms you had previously set. If you haven’t got them set, you can select to include some sample terms by tapping the option in blue.

After the invoice/estimate has been created, if you go to edit the Terms again, you’ll see the default terms messaging.
