How do I cancel my FreshBooks subscription in iTunes?

To cancel your FreshBooks auto-renewing subscription in iTunes, follow these steps:

From your iPhone/iPad

From your desktop computer

From your iPhone/iPad

  1. Open the App Store on your phone
  2. Tap Featured from the menu at the bottom
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap your Apple ID. If you don’t see your Apple ID, tap Sign In and enter your information. Then tap your Apple ID
  2. Tap View Apple ID
  3. If prompted, enter your password and tap OK
  4. On the Account Settings screen, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions
  5. Tap your FreshBooks subscription, then choose a subscription category
  6. From here, turn off Auto-Renewal. Voila, all done!

From your desktop computer

  1. Open iTunes
  2. If you’re not signed in, go to Store, then click Sign In and enter your information
  3. Go to Store and click on View Account. If prompted, enter your password and then click View Account again
  4. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section
  5. Click Manage to the right of Subscriptions
  1. Choose your FreshBooks
  2. From here, turn off Auto-Renewal. Voila, all done!
