FreshBooks’ mobile apps can be used a companion app so you can stay connected to your account while on the go or out in the field. The FreshBooks mobile app works on both iOS 8.0 or later, and Android 4.2 and up.

iOS Devices
Log InTo login to the FreshBooks app on your iOS device, use these steps:
- Open your FreshBooks App and tap on the Let’s Go button
- Swipe across the few intro screens until you get to the Try FreshBooks for Free page
- Click Log In at the bottom of your screen
- You’ll be prompted to enter your email address
- You’ll then receive an email with a login link. Click on the link and you’ll be in your account. If you cannot access your Mail app, after submitting an email, click on the Don’t Have Access to Mail? button at the bottom
- Enter your subdomain in the Account field, your Username and your password
- Click on the Log In button and you’ll now be in your account.


Log Out
To log out of your FreshBooks app, follow these steps:
- From within your account, click on the gear icon (Settings) in the top corner
- Then tap on Logout in the top right:
- You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to log out, then you’re done.


Android Devices
Log InTo login to the FreshBooks app on your Android device, use these steps:
- Open the FreshBooks app and swipe across the few intro screens until you get to the Log In To FreshBooks page
- Enter your subdomain in the Account field, your Username and your Password
- Tap on the Log In button and you’ll now be in your account.

Log Out
To log out of your FreshBooks app, follow these steps:
- From within your account, click on the gear icon in the top right
- Then tap on Log Out:
- You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to log out, then you’re done.

Can my Staff use the mobile app?
Yes they can! Your Staff can use the mobile app to help track time, Invoice Clients, create Estimates, or even log Expenses. Have them log in with the steps above using their Staff login credentials.
