How do I change the language for a Client?
While our interface is only available in English, you can send Invoices and Estimates in the following languages:
- Spanish (Latin America)
To change the language of a Client:
- Go to the People tab
- Click edit beside the Client
- There are some grey buttons below the Organization Name. One of the buttons will say English by default. Click on English
- From the drop-down, select the desired language
- Click the Update button.
Your Client’s Invoices or Estimates will be in that language from now on. Note that when you go to create/edit an Invoice or Estimate for that Client, you’ll still see everything in English.
However, when you view the actual Invoice or Estimate itself, it will all be in the selected language.
NOTE: We also have dynamic variables in other languages. If you are creating a Recurring Profile for a Client in another language, the dynamic variables will automatically pull in the proper translations onto the invoice. For example, a Spanish Invoice created in February with the ::month:: variable will say Febrero instead of February.
