How do I change my email address and email signature?

If you’d like to change your email addresses, there are two places where your email is saved, and can be updated: Your Company Profile and your Email Signature.

Your Company Profile email changes your Reply-To address. This is the email address that appears on all emails FreshBooks sends to your client on your behalf. Emails originally come from maildelivery@freshbooks.com, but we put your reply-to address on it so all responses go to you, not to us.

To update your Company Profile email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings (top corner)
  2. On the Company sub-tab, you can edit the email address
  3. Click Save.

To update your Email Signature (separate from your Reply-To address), you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings (top corner)
  2. Click on the Emails sub-tab
  3. Update your Email Signature
  4. Click Save and you’re done!
