What do my Clients see when I bill them with Online Payments?

We’re focused on giving your Clients an easy credit card payment experience. Here’s what their experience looks like when they receive their Invoice by email:

For FreshBooks Payments:

  1. Your Client will receive their Invoice through email
  2. At the top and bottom of the Invoice, there’ll be a Pay Online button
  3. Once clicked, they’ll be taken to the secure Payment page
  4. The Client will just need to enter their credit card details, click on Pay Now, and the payment will be completed
  5. If successful, the Invoice will now be marked as paid.

For other Payment Gateways:

  1. Your Client will receive their Invoice through email
  2. At the top and bottom of the Invoice, there’ll be a Pay Online button
  3. Once clicked, they’ll be taken to the gateway’s payment page
  4. The Client will just need to enter their credit card details, and then save it to complete payment
  5. If successful, the Invoice will now be marked as paid.
