We’ve added a small update to make project management painless.

Each month we add tons of improvements to FreshBooks so you can manage your business more efficiently. In May, we made it easier to invite your team to FreshBooks so you can get started on projects faster.
And now it takes just a few clicks to further customize your workflow and remove people from Projects. So, whether the scope of work changed or you had a personnel shakeup, you’re in full control of project management from kick-off to wrap-up.
Remove Employees & Contractors from Projects: How Does It Work?
Step 1: From anywhere in your account, click the Projects tab on your sidebar. Select a project from your list then click the green “Edit” button at the top.
Step 2: Click the + beside your Team Members names.
Step 3: Deselect the Team Members you want to remove from the Project and click “Apply Changes.”
Step 4: That’s it! You’ll now see the Team Member list updated to reflect the changes.
