New year, new updates! Here’s what’s changed in FreshBooks lately:

Time Tracking Has Been Redesigned for a Better Experience

We’ve heard your feedback and improved the design experience of the Time Tracking feature in FreshBooks, so that it is easier and more intuitive to use. Whether you use the Timer, Day sub-tab or Week sub-tab, we’ve put together a run-down of how you can track your time based on the new updates.

TIP: The Timer feature and time-entry notes are now only available in the Day sub-tab.

New Bulk Item Import Helps You Stay Organized

Now you can quickly import your Items list into FreshBooks via CSV file. To import your file, follow these steps.

Enhanced Expense Features Allow for Quick Edits

It now only takes a few clicks to bulk edit Expenses, making it quicker to do things like add and change Clients. Easily select multiple Expenses and use the Actions button to change the Client.

Improved Search Functionality Now Available

Finding invoices and expenses in FreshBooks is now a cinch with the improved search bar functionality. You’ll never need to look up something twice!

Easy Breezy Bank Reconciliation

Matching up your account entries is now possible with the Bank Reconciliation feature, part of our new suite of industry-standard double-entry accounting features. To learn more about setting up your bank reconciliation workflows so that your accounts are always up to date, click here.

Language Update: Estonian!

Estonian is now an option for Invoices, Estimates and Proposals.
