The Fastest Way to Invoice Your Clients

Customer support offline Thursday

by Mike McDerment - September 26/2007

Good evening!

Just a friendly note to let you know that tomorrow morning—and for most of the afternoon (Thursday September 27)—the entire FreshBooks team will be spending our time huddled together, brains working furiously, to figure out how we can serve you better! No joke.

The (ironic) downside of this dedication to serving you: we won’t be able to serve you tomorrow with our regular outstanding (!) level of phone and e-mail support.

So, in brief: we will not be offering phone or e-mail support on Thursday. Sorry folks!

That said, just head on over to the FreshBooks forums! It’s a great place to get assistance from other FreshBooks users. They won’t bite.

Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to reconnecting with you on Friday!

Derrick says:

A sign of good business: taking the time to be strategical, instead of just focusing on day-to-day tactical activities everyday. Goodluck on your brainstorming session!

Take it easy, have a break, get a Kit Kat. Or something like it. We’ll take good care of the forums… or try to.
