How to qualify for online payments fee reimbursements

Step 1:

Purchase a Lite, Plus, or Premium, monthly or yearly FreshBooks subscription between 11:00 AM EST on [January 27, 2026] and 11:59 PM EST on [February 11, 2026] using the Buy Now & Save option (no free trial included).

Step 2:

Set up FreshBooks Payments powered by Stripe with a U.S.-based Stripe account.

Step 3:

Send invoices with online payments enabled, and process payments through those payment-enabled invoices within 60 days of your subscription purchase date.

Note:

Eligible transaction fees will be reimbursed up to $250 total, and reimbursements are deposited into your Stripe account within 10 business days after eligible fees are incurred.

• This offer is open to legal residents of the United States of America who purchase a FreshBooks subscription and are qualified to connect a Stripe payments service account in FreshBooks during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Subscriber”).
• To become an Eligible Subscriber, follow the steps below:
  • Purchase a Lite, Plus, or Premium, monthly or yearly FreshBooks subscription between 11:00 AM EST on [January 27, 2026] and 11:59 PM EST on [February 11, 2026] (“Promotion Period”)
  • Set up FreshBooks Payments powered by Stripe. The associated Stripe Account must be set up in the United States.
• Eligible Subscribers will be reimbursed for fees associated with Eligible Transactions (defined below) listed in the tables below as follows:
  • Payments processed within 60 days from Freshbooks subscription purchase date (the “Qualifying Period”);
  • Up to a maximum of $250.00 USD in aggregate reimbursements from this offer
• Reimbursed fees will be deposited into the Eligible Subscriber’s Stripe account within 10 business days after Eligible Transactions fees are incurred during the Qualifying Period.
• To learn more about what constitutes an “Eligible Transaction”, please refer to the table below.

Fees excluded from the promotion (these fees are not Eligible Transactions):
